-Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika 1 tsp
-Ajwain (Mhodzi dzeCarom) ½ tsp
-Mafuta ekubikisa 1 tbs

-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara Dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,pink salt,lal mirch crushed aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Mafuta ekubikisa dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka blended green musanganiswa shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker maminetsi gumi nemashanu kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko stretched ker ka smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Ruoko rwakazorwa nemafuta echota mukanyiwa (50g) kusvuta bhora revana lein.
-Mafuta ekubikisa dal dein aur haath ki madad sa dough ko pheela lein.
