VEGGIE PAD THAI

Ingredients:
1/4lb yakakangwa tofu70g broccoli
1/2 karoti
1/2 red hanyanisi
35g Chinese chives
1/4lb matete mupunga noodles
br>2 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 red Thai chili pepper
dzungu remafuta omuorivhi
50g bhinzi sprouts
2 tbsp nzungu dzakakangwa
mashoma matavi cilantro
lime wedges anoshandirwa
Mafambiro:
1. Hunza kapoto kadiki kemvura kuti uviire ma noodles.2. Cheka zvishoma tofu yakakangwa. Cheka broccoli muzvidimbu zvakakura. Cheka karoti kuita zvitanda zvemachisi. Cheka hanyanisi dzvuku wocheka maChinese chives.
3. Paridza mupunga mupani. Zvadaro, dururira mvura inopisa uye woirega ichinyura kwe 2-3mins.Svidza noodles apo neapo kuti ubvise starch yakawandisa.
4. Gadzira muto wacho nekubatanidza tamarind paste, muto wemepu, soy muto, uye mhiripiri tsvuku yeThai yakachekwa zvitete.
5. Pisai pani isina chimuti kusvika pakupisa kuri pakati nepakati. Inwa mamwe mafuta omuorivhi.
