Red Velvet Cake neCream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
- 2½ makapu (310g) hupfu hwechinangwa chese

- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Munyu
- 1½ makapu (300g) Shuga
- 1 kapu (240ml) buttermilk, tembiricha yemumba
- 1 kapu – 1 tsp (200g) Mafuta emiriwo
- 1 teaspoon white Vinegar
- 2 Mazai
- 1/2 kapu (115g) bota, tembiricha yemumba
- 1-2 maspuni ane ruvara rutsvuku rwechikafu
- 2 maspuniki Vanilla extract
- Nekuda kwechando:
- 1¼ makapu (300ml) Heavy cream, inotonhora
- 2 makapu (450g) Cream cheese, kamuri tembiricha
- 1½ makapu (190g) Shuga yehupfu
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla yakatorwa
Nzira:
- Preheat oven kusvika 350F (175C).
- Mundiro hombe sefa hupfu, cocoa powder, kubika soda nemunyu. Kutsa uye uise parutivi.
- Mumwe mbiya hombe, rovai butter neshuga kusvika zvatsvedzerera..
- Gadzira mazaya echando: mundiro hombe, rovai chizi chekirimu neshuga yehupfu uye vanilla yakatorwa..
- Cheka 8-12 maumbirwo emwoyo kubva kumusoro kwemakeke.
- Isai keke rimwe chete rine divi rakati sandara pasi.
- Isa mufiriji kwemaawa angangoita 2-3 usati washanda.
