Red Chutney Recipe

- Mash daal (White lentil) 4 tbs
- Bhunay chanay (Magiramu akakangwa) 4 tbs
- Sabut Dhania (Mhodzi dzeCoriander) 2 tbs
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 14-15
- Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 7-8
- Imli (Dried tamarind) deseeded 1 & ½ tbs
- Khopra (Kokonati Yakakanyiwa) ¾ Mukombe
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 2-3
- Curry patta (Curry leaves) 15-18 li>Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
Nyengedzo:
- Mupani yekukachisa, wedzera lentil chena & woomesa pamoto wakaderera. kwemaminetsi 4-5.
- Wedzera magiramu akagochwa, mhodzi dzekorianderi, bhatani tsvuku tsvuku, dzvuku dzvuku, tamarind yakaomeswa, kokonati yakabikwa, Kashmiri tsvuku tsvuku, mashizha ecurry, sanganisa zvakanaka & woomesa pamoto wakaderera kusvikira kunhuhwirira (3-4 maminitsi).
- Regai zvitonhore.
- Pakukuya guyo, isa zvinonhuwira,pingi munyu & ukuya zvakanaka kugadzira hupfu (Goho: 200g approx.).
- Inogona kuchengetwa muchirongo chakaoma uye chakachena chinosunga mhepo kusvika mwedzi mumwe (Shelf life).
- Mashandisiro eChutney powder kugadzira Red Chutney mumasekonzi:
- Munguva mbiya, wedzera 4 tbs yehupfu yakabikwa tsvuku chutney, mvura inopisa & sanganisa zvakanaka.
