PROTEIN SALAD

- Ingredients:
1 kapu Tata Sampann Kala Chana, ¾ kapu yegreen moong, 200 gramu cottage cheese (paneer), hanyanisi 1 yepakati, tomato 1 yepakati, 2 maspuni mashizha ecoriander achangobva kuchekwa, ¼ kapu yakakangwa isina ganda nzungu, 1 tbsp mango mbishi, Black salt, kumini powder yakagochwa, 2-3 green chillies, Black pepper powder, Chaat masala, lemon 1 - Soak Kala Chana usiku hwose wodhonza. Mumucheka wakanyorova muslin, wedzera chana mairi uye uite bhegi. Isungirire usiku hwose uye uite kuti dzimere. Saizvozvo, tumburawo green moong.
- Mundiro huru, wedzera Tata Sampann Yakamera Kala Chana, yakamera green moong, paneer cubes, hanyanisi, tomato, coriander yakachekwa, nzungu dzakakangwa, mango mbishi, munyu mutema. uye kumini poda yakakangwa.
- Wedzera green chillies, black pepper powder uye chaat masala. Svina lemon uye sanganisa kusvika zvanyatsosangana.
- Chinja saradhi yagadzirwa mundiro dzekushumira, shongedza nekorianderi yakachekwa, mango mbishi, nenzungu dzakakangwa. Shumira ipapo.
