PANEER MASALA

Ingredients
For Crushed Paste
- 1 inch Ginger, roughly slice
- 2-4 Garlic cloves
- 2 Kutonhora kweGreen kutsva
- Munyu wekunaka
Kuitira Giravhi
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mhodzi dzeCumin
- 2 Mavhavha
- 1 Green cardamom
- Yagadzirwa Ginger Garlic paste
- 3 yepakati nepakati hanyanisi, yakagurwa
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 yakatutirwa tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Degi red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Curd, yakarohwa
- 3 zviri pakati nepakati saizi Madomasi, akachekwa
- ½ kapu Mvura
- 400 gms Paneer, cheka kuita cube size
Kushongedza
- li>½ inch Ginger, julienned
- Coriander sprig
- Curd, yakarohwa
- Kasuri methi (optional ) 1 tsp
Gadzirisa
Kunamira Yakapwanyika:
Muduri pestle, wedzera ginger, gariki, chilies yegirini, munyu kuti uravire uye wogadzira paste yakatsetseka.
YeGravy:
Mukadai, wedzera ghee kana yava kupisa, woisa mhodzi dzekumini, clove, green cardamom woita kuti inyura zvakanaka. Wedzera ginger garlic paste yagadzirwa woibaya zvakanaka.
Wedzera hanyanisi woifura kusvika yatsvukira.
Wedzera turmeric powder, coriander powder, degi red chilli powder wosonga kusvika mumutsara kunhuhwirira kunopera.
Wedzera rudhi, matomatisi woivhinga zvakanaka. Wedzera mvura shoma wobika kweminiti.
Sanganisa musanganiswa neruoko neblender kuti uite muto wakatsetseka. Wedzera mvura shoma wobika muto kwemamwe maminetsi mashanu pamoto uripakati nepakati. Wedzera paneer wobika kwemaminitsi mashoma.
Yakashongedzwa neginger, coriander sprig, curd uye kudyiwa zvichipisa.
