Omelette nemafuta
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 mazai (kana chinotsiva zai revegan version)
- Munyu kuravidza
- Mhiripiri nhema yekuravira
- Muriwo wakachekwa (optional: bell pepper,hanyanisi,matomatisi,spinachi)
- mafuta kana chipfapfaidzo chekubikisa chekukangwa
Mirairo
- Mundiro, sanganisa oats nemazai (kana chinotsiva zai). Sanganisa zvakanaka kusvika zvasangana.
- Wedzera munyu, mhiripiri nhema, uye chero muriwo wakachekwa waunosarudza kumusanganiswa. Kurudzira kuti uise.
- Pisa chipani chisina tsvimbo pamoto uri pakati nepakati woisa mafuta mashoma kana kushandisa spray yekubikisa.
- Dururira musanganiswa mu skillet, uchiparadzira zvakaenzana kuti uite pancake shape.
- Bika kwenguva ingangoita 3-4 maminetsi kune rimwe divi kusvika mipendero yasimuka uye pasi paita goridhe. Ngwarira flip uye kubika kune rumwe rutivi kweimwe 3-4 maminitsi.
