- Adrak (Ginger) yakapwanyika 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) yakapwanyika 1 tbs
- Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Mvura 2-3 Makapu
- Sabut dhania (mhodzi dzeCoriander) dzakapwanyiwa 1 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) yakapwanyika 1 tbs
- li>Dahi (Yoguti) yakatswa 4 tbs
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
Maitiro:
- Mupani yesimbi, wedzera mafuta ekubikisa uzvipise.
- Wedzera mutton, sanganisa zvakanaka uye gadzira pamoto mukuru kwemaminetsi 4-5.
- Wedzera ginger, gariki, munyu wepingi, sanganisa zvakanaka & bika kwemaawa matatu. -4 maminetsi.
- Isa mvura, sanganisa zvakanaka woita kuti ifashaire, vhara uye ubike pamoto wakaderera kusvikira nyama yapfava (35-40 maminitsi).
- Wedzera mhodzi dzekorianderi, upfu hwemhiripiri nhema, chilli yegirini, yogati, sanganisa zvakanaka & bika pamoto wepakati kusvika mafuta aparadzana (maminitsi 2-3).
