Ingredients

Kuku Mediterranean:
  • Mashizha ebasil matsva - ane chitsama

  • Mafuta ekubikisa - 2-3 tbs

YeMupunga:

  • mafuta omuorivhi - 1-2 tbs
  • Pyaz (anyanisi) yakachekwa - 1 diki
  • Lehsan (Garichi) yakachekwa - 1 tsp
  • Chawal (Mupunga) - 2 Makapu (akabikwa nemunyu)
  • Zeera (Mhodzi dzeCumin) dzakagochwa uye dzakapwanyika - 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) - ½ tsp
  • Himalayan pink munyu - ¼ tsp kana kuravira
  • Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa - 1-2 tbs

YeVeggie & Feta Salad:

  • Kheera (Cucumber) - 1 yepakati
  • Pyaz (anyanisi) - 1 yepakati
  • Cherry madomasi nepakati - 1 Mukombe
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) - ½ tsp
  • Himalayan pink munyu - ½ tsp kana kuravira
  • Muto weremoni - 1 tbs
  • Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa - 1 tbs
  • Feta cheese - 100g

YeTzatziki Sauce:

  • Dahi (Yoguti) yakaturikwa - 200g
  • Lehsan (Garichi) - 2 clove
  • Muto weremoni - 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Mhiripiri nhema) yakapwanyika - kuravira
  • Himalayan pink munyu - ½ tsp kana kuravira
  • Kheera (Cucumber) yakachekwa & yakasvinwa - 1 yepakati
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa - yakapetwa
  • mafuta omuorivhi - 1-2 tsp

Nzira

Gadzirira Mediterranean huku:
  1. Mukukuya, isa mashizha matsva ebasil, garlic, paprika powder, mhiripiri yakapwanyika, munyu wepink, tomato paste, mustard paste, muto welemon, nemafuta emuorivhi. Gaya zvakanaka kuita dovi gobvu.
  2. Zora marinade pamafillet ehuku, pfeka zvakanaka, vhara, uye fambisa kwemaminitsi makumi matatu.

  1. Mundiro, kurungira yoga yoga, gariki, muto weremoni, mhiripiri nhema yakapwanyika, uye munyu wepingi.
  2. Wedzera gaka rakakangwa uye coriander itsva; sanganisa zvakanaka. Chizora mafuta omuorivhi woisa parutivi.
