  • 1/4 kusvika 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • Munyu kuravidza (Ndaisa 1+1/4 Teaspoon yepink Himalayan salt)
  • 1+1/2 kapu (Yakarongedzerwa Zvakasimba) Makarotsi AKANAKA (180g, 2 kusvika 3 Makarotsi)
  • 3/4 Mukombe WAKATOATED Oats (80g)
  • 3/4 Mukombe weChickpea Flour kana Besan (35g)
  • 1 Chipunu chemafuta omuorivhi
  • 2 tablespoon White Vinegar kana White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda

Tahini Dip:

  • 1/2 mukombe Tahini
  • 2 Tafura Muto weLemon kana kuravira
  • 1/3 kusvika 1/2 mukombe Mayonnaise (Vegan)
  • 1 kusvika 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
  • 1/4 kusvika 1/2 Teaspoon Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Munyu kuravidza (Ndaisa 1/4 teaspoon yepink Himalayan salt)
  • 2 kusvika 3 Tafura yemvura yechando

Nzira:
