- Munyu kuravidza (Ndaisa 1+1/4 Teaspoon yepink Himalayan salt)
- 1+1/2 kapu (Yakarongedzerwa Zvakasimba) Makarotsi AKANAKA (180g, 2 kusvika 3 Makarotsi)
- 3/4 Mukombe WAKATOATED Oats (80g)
- 3/4 Mukombe weChickpea Flour kana Besan (35g)
- 1 Chipunu chemafuta omuorivhi
- 2 tablespoon White Vinegar kana White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Tahini Dip:
- 1/2 mukombe Tahini
- 2 Tafura Muto weLemon kana kuravira
- 1/3 kusvika 1/2 mukombe Mayonnaise (Vegan)
- 1 kusvika 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1/4 kusvika 1/2 Teaspoon Maple Syrup (optional)
- Munyu kuravidza (Ndaisa 1/4 teaspoon yepink Himalayan salt)
- 2 kusvika 3 Tafura yemvura yechando
Nzira:
