Ingredients:

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Mvura 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp kana kuravira
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) powder 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) yakakangwa 1 Mukombe
-Dahi (Yogurt) yakagochwa 1 Mukombe
-Cream ¾ Mukombe
-Ghee (Yakachena Butter) ½ Mukombe
-Koyla (marasha) ehutsi

Gadzirira Paratha:
-Paratha dovi bhora 150g rimwe nerimwe
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) zvimedu 1-2
-Pyaz (anyanisi) mhete

Maitiro:
Gadzira Lagan Qeema:
-Muhari, isa nyama yemombe mince,pink munyu,papaya mbishi paste,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Muchikuya spice,isa maalmonds,cashew nuts,deiccated coconut & kugaya zvakanaka.
-Isa green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander ,lemon juice,mvura & kugaya zvakanaka kugadzira muto wakakora & woisa parutivi.
-Mupoto isa red chilli powder,cubeb spice powder,cardamom powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,fried onion ,yoghurt,kirimu,yakajekeswa bhotoro,paste yepasi & sanganisa kusvika zvanyatsosangana,vhara & marinate kweawa imwe kana husiku hwese mufiriji.
-Batidza moto uye ubike pamoto wepakati kwemaminetsi mashanu-6, vhara uye isa ndiro yekupisa kana mugadhi pasi pepoto uye ubike pamoto wakadzika kwemaminetsi makumi maviri neshanu (25-30 maminitsi). bika pamoto uripakati nepakati kusvika mafuta aparadzana (4-5 maminitsi).
-Ipa utsi hwemarasha kwemaminetsi maviri pane kubvisa marasha,vhara & rega kuti ambozorora kwemaminitsi 3-4.
Gadzirira Paratha:
- Tora bhora rehupfu (150g),mwaya hupfu hwakaoma & kuumburudza uchibatsirwa nepini. with the help of rolling pin.
-Pagaro rinopisa,isa paratha,isa clarified butter & bika pamoto uripakati nepakati kubva kumativi ese kusvika wapedza.
-Pembesa necoriander,green chillies,onion rings & shandisa neparatha !
