Ingredients
:Kubika Chana:
- 1 kapu Kala Chana (yakabikwa)
- ¾ tsp Munyu
- 3 makapu Mvura
YeChana Tadka:
- 4 tbsp Mafuta
- 1 kwete Tej Patta
- ½ tsp Heeng (asafoetida)
- 2nos Kali Elichi (Black cardamom)
- 7-8nos Cloves
- 8-10nos Kali Mirch (mhiripiri nhema)
- 1tbsp Ginger yakagurwa
- 1no Green chilli yakachekwa
- 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- ½ tsp Haldi
- 1 tsp Dhaniya ( Coriander Powder)

- ¾ tsp Kasoori methi powder
KuChana Chaat:
- ½ kapu yeAloo (Mbatatisi dzakabikwa uye dzakachekwa)
- ½ kapu Hanyanisi yakachekwa
- ½ mukombe Cucumber (yakachekwa)
- ½ kapu Tomato yakagurwa
- kuravira Munyu
- ½ tsp Munyu wakasviba
- 1½ tsp Jeera (Kumini, yakagochwa &yakapwanyika)
- 2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tbsp Amchur powder
- ½ tsp Red chilly powder
- 1hapana Green chilli yakachekwa
- 1no Lemon
