Kutanga, mundiro, wedzera poha, mvura uye usuke zvakanaka. Tumira poha yakagezwa mundiro hombe woipwanya zvakanaka. Mupani yetadka, isa mafuta, chana dal, nemhodzi yemasitadhi ita kuti inyura zvakanaka. Wedzera mhodzi dzefennel, urad dal, curry mashizha wodira musanganiswa uyu mundiro. Wedzera hanyanisi, ginger, girini chilli, shuga, munyu kuravira uye sanganisa zvese zvakanaka. Wedzera kadhi kadiki uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Tora musanganiswa wezvipunu uye ita tikki yacho iite flat zvishoma. Pisa mafuta mupani isina kudzika. Kana mafuta achinge apisa, isa vada mumafuta anopisa. Kana vada iine goridhe zvishoma, shandura kune rumwe rutivi. Fry the vada pamoto wepakati kuitira kuti uibike kubva mukati. Bvisa pamucheka wekicheni.
