-Chicken mix boti 750g
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) yakapwanyika 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp kana kuravira
-Kubika mafuta 1/3 Mukombe
-Mvura ½ Mukombe kana sezvinodiwa
-Dahi (Yogurt) yakakweshwa 1 Kapu (tembiricha yemumba)
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Kali mirch (mhiripiri nhema) yakapwanyika 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (mhodzi dzeCoriander) dzakapwanyika 1 tsp
-Yakachengetedzwa mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Mhodzi dzeCumin) dzakagochwa nekupwanyika ½ tsp
-hupfu hwehuku 1 tsp
-Coconut mukaka upfu 1 tbs (sarudzo)
-Muto weremoni 2 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
-Olper's Cream ¾ Mukombe (tembiricha yemumba)
-Olper's Cheddar cheese slices 3
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) akachekwa
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) akachekwa
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Muwoki, wedzera huku,ginger yakapwanyika,pink munyu,mafuta ekubikisa,mvura,sanisa zvakanaka woita kuti ivirise. Kuvhara uye kubika pamoto mukuru kwemaminetsi 5-6 wozobika pamoto mukuru kusvikira mvura yaoma (1-2 maminitsi).
-Pamoto wakadzikira,isa yogati,chiliri yegirinhi,mhiripiri nhema yakapwanyika,mhodzi dzekorianderi,hupfu yemhiripiri chena,mhodzi dzekumini,hupfu hwehuku,hupfu yemukaka, muto weremoni, sanganisa zvakanaka uye ubike pamoto wakanyanya kusvika mafuta anoparadzanisa (2-3 maminitsi).
-Wedzera ginger uye sanganisa zvakanaka.
-Pamoto wakadzikira, wedzera kirimu uye sanganisa zvakanaka.
-Isa zvimedu zvecheddar cheese, vhara uye ubike pazasi. flame kwemaminetsi 8-10 wobva wasanganisa zvakanaka wobika kwemaminetsi maviri.
-Wedzera garam masala powder & fresh coriander.
