-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
-Laung (Maruki) 5-6
-Pyaz (Onikisi) yakakangwa 1 Mukombe

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne ¼ Mukombe
-Podina (Mint mashizha) akachekwa ruoko
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 3 tbs (Tamarind 2 tbs yakanyikwa mu¼ mukombe mvura)
