  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1+1 cups mvura

1. Shamba uye bvisa basmati mupunga 2-3 nguva. Wobva wawedzera mupoto diki pamwe chete nekapu imwe yemvura. Pisai nepakati kusvika mvura yatanga kutubuka. Zvadaro, simbisai zvakanaka uye shandurai kupisa kusvika pakati nepakati. Dhavhara uye ubike kwemaminitsi gumi nemashanu

7. Wedzera tsvuku tsvuku, mukaka wekokonati, uye 1 kapu yemvura. Ipa pani mutsara wakanaka uye uuye kumota. Kana zvasvika pakuvira, shandura kupisa kusvika pakati uye fambisa. Dhavhara uye ubike kweinenge 8-10min ( tarisa pa curry pano neapo wobva wavhundutsa)

8. Dzima kupisa pamupunga uye worega uchipfungaira kweimwe 10min

9. Gadzira mupunga uye curry. Rongedza ne cilantro ichangobva kuchekwa woipira!
