Dhaba Style Baingan Ka Bharta

Ingredients:
- Brinjal (yakatenderera, hombe) – 2nos
- Makarafu eGariki – 6nos
- Mafuta – dashi
- li>Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Chirimu dzvuku yakaoma – 2nos
- Kumini – 2tsp
- Garichi yakagurwa – 1tbsp
- Ginger yakagurwa – 2tsp
- Chirimu chegirini yakachekwa – 1 kwete
- hanyanisi yakachekwa – ¼ mukombe
- Turmeric – ¾ tsp
- Chilli hupfu – 1 tsp
- Madomasi akachekwa – ¾ kapu
- Munyu – kuravidza
- Coriander yakagurwa – chitsama
Maitiro:
- Kuita bharta yakanaka sarudza hombe denderedzwa baingan kana aubergine kana eggplant. Cheka madiki akati wandei pabrinjal uchishandisa banga rinopinza woisa maburi clove yegariki.
- Zora mafuta akareruka kunze kweaubergine woisa pamoto wakashama. Iwe unogona kushandisa grill uye kugocha aubergine kusvika yatsva kubva kunze. Iva nechokwadi chokuti yaibva kumativi ose.
