Dalia Khichdi Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 Katori Dalia
- 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Jeera (cumin mbeu )
- 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Haldi powder (turmeric)
- 1 tablespoon Munyu (sekuda kwako)
- 1 Kapu Hari Matar (green peas)
- 1 Tamatar (tomato) yakakura zviri pakati nepakati
- 3 Hari Mirch (green chilies)
- 1250 gm Mvura
Kugadzirira iyi inonaka Dalia khichdi, tanga nekupisa ghee muchibiki chekumanikidza. Kana ghee yapisa, wedzera jeera uye rega iparadze. Wobva waisa tamatar yakachekwa uye chilies yakasvibira, uchibika kusvika domatisi yapfava.
Tevere, wedzera Dalia muchibiki uye simbisa kwemaminetsi mashoma kuti ugoche zvishoma, uchiwedzera kunaka kwayo kwenzungu. Tevedzera izvi nekuwedzera hupfu dzvuku, haldi hupfu, uye munyu. Sanganisa iyo Hari Matar uye sanganisa zvese zvakanaka.
Dururira mu 1250 gm yemvura, uve nechokwadi chekuti zvese zvakabikwa zvanyura. Vhara chivharo chemubiki uye gadzira 6-7 muridzo pamoto wepakati. Kana wapedza, bvumira kumanikidzwa kusunungura zvakasununguka usati wavhura. Dalia khichdi wako agadzirira!
