Dal Moth Chaat

Ingredients
- Moth Dal Sprouts (अंकुरित मोठ दाल) - 2 makapu
- Mvura (पानी) - 3 makapu
- Turmeric (हल्दी) - ½ tsp
- Munyu (नमक) - ½ tsp
- Munyu Mutema ( काला नमक) - 1 ½ tsp
- Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1½ tsp
- Shuga (चीनी) - 5 ts
- Kumini Yakakangwa (भुना जीरा), Yakapwanyika - ½ tsp
- Mbatatisi (आलू), Yakabikwa - 1 med size
- Coriander (धनिया), Yakachekwa - 2 maspuni
- Damba (अनार) - 2 maspuni
- Lemon (नींबू) - 1 pc
- hanyanisi (प्याज़), Yakachekwa - ¼ mukombe
- Tomato (टमाटर), Yakachekwa - ¼ mukombe
- Green chilies (हरी मिर्च), Yakachekwa - 1 pc
- Matthi (मट्ठी) - mashoma
- Coriander (धनिया) yakagurwa

- Munyu (नमक) - kuravira

Amchur Chutney
- Dry mango powder (अमचूर) – ½ kapu
- Munyu (नमक) - kuravira
- Munyu Mutema (काला नमक) – ½ tsp
- Shuga (चीनी)- ½ mukombe
- Chilli hupfu (लाल मिर्च) – 1 tsp
- Kumin yakakangwa hupfu (भुना जीरा पाउडर) – 1 tsp
