Ingredients yeDaal Masoor resipi:

  • 1 kapu masoor daal (red lentils)
  • 3 makapu emvura
  • 1 tsp munyu
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • hanyanisi 1 yepakati (yakagurwa)
  • 1 madomasi aripakati (akachekwa)
  • 4-5 green chilies (yakachekwa)
  • 1/2 kapu itsva coriander (yakachekwa)

Kutsamwisa daal masoor:

  • 2 maspuni ghee (yakajekeswa butter) / mafuta
  • 1 tsp mhodzi dzekumini
  • pinch of asafetida

Mabikirwo: Geza daal worinyika kwemaminetsi makumi maviri-makumi matatu. Mupani yakadzika, wedzera mvura, yakanyungudutswa daal, munyu, turmeric, hanyanisi, matomatisi, uye girini chilies. Sakanidza uye kubika pawakavharwa kwemaminitsi 20-25. Nokuda kwekupisa, kupisa ghee, wedzera mhodzi yekumini uye asafetida. Mushure mokunge daal yakabikwa, wedzera kupisa necoriander itsva pamusoro. Pave uchipisa nemupunga kana naan.
