Daal Masoor Recipe

Ingredients yeDaal Masoor resipi:
- 1 kapu masoor daal (red lentils)
- 3 makapu emvura
- 1 tsp munyu
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- hanyanisi 1 yepakati (yakagurwa)
- 1 madomasi aripakati (akachekwa)
- 4-5 green chilies (yakachekwa)
- 1/2 kapu itsva coriander (yakachekwa)
Kutsamwisa daal masoor:
- 2 maspuni ghee (yakajekeswa butter) / mafuta
- 1 tsp mhodzi dzekumini
- pinch of asafetida
Mabikirwo: Geza daal worinyika kwemaminetsi makumi maviri-makumi matatu. Mupani yakadzika, wedzera mvura, yakanyungudutswa daal, munyu, turmeric, hanyanisi, matomatisi, uye girini chilies. Sakanidza uye kubika pawakavharwa kwemaminitsi 20-25. Nokuda kwekupisa, kupisa ghee, wedzera mhodzi yekumini uye asafetida. Mushure mokunge daal yakabikwa, wedzera kupisa necoriander itsva pamusoro. Pave uchipisa nemupunga kana naan.
