Ingredients

  • Beet mudzi 1 (Yakabikwa kana yakagochwa)
  • Yoghurt/ Hung Curd 3-4 Tbsp
  • Peanut Butter 1.5 Tbsp
  • Munyu kuravidza
  • Kurunga (makwenzi akaomeswa, garlic powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, cumin powder, oregano, Amchur powder)
  • Steam yakasanganiswa Vegetables 1.5-2 Makapu
  • Boiled Black Chana 1 Cup
  • Boondi Yakakangwa 1 Tbsp
  • Tamarind/ imli ki Chutney 2 tsp (kusarudza)

Mundiro sanganisa beet root paste, yoghurt, peanut butter, munyu & zvokurunga kuti ugadzire dressing inonaka.

Unogona kuchengeta dressing mufiriji kwemazuva anosvika matatu.

Mune imwe mbiya sanganisa miriwo, chana yakabikwa, munyu mushoma, boondi & imli chutney & sanganisa zvakanaka.

Kushandisa, wedzera 2-3 Tbsp dressing nechepakati uye woiparadzira zvishoma nechipunu.

Isa miriwo, chana mix pamusoro.

Nakidzwa nekudya kwemasikati kana sepadivi.
