Ingredients
- Beet mudzi 1 (Yakabikwa kana yakagochwa)
- Yoghurt/ Hung Curd 3-4 Tbsp
- Peanut Butter 1.5 Tbsp
- Munyu kuravidza
- Kurunga (makwenzi akaomeswa, garlic powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper, cumin powder, oregano, Amchur powder)
- Steam yakasanganiswa Vegetables 1.5-2 Makapu
- Boiled Black Chana 1 Cup
- Boondi Yakakangwa 1 Tbsp
- Tamarind/ imli ki Chutney 2 tsp (kusarudza)

Mundiro sanganisa beet root paste, yoghurt, peanut butter, munyu & zvokurunga kuti ugadzire dressing inonaka.
Unogona kuchengeta dressing mufiriji kwemazuva anosvika matatu.
Mune imwe mbiya sanganisa miriwo, chana yakabikwa, munyu mushoma, boondi & imli chutney & sanganisa zvakanaka.
Kushandisa, wedzera 2-3 Tbsp dressing nechepakati uye woiparadzira zvishoma nechipunu.
Isa miriwo, chana mix pamusoro.
Nakidzwa nekudya kwemasikati kana sepadivi.
