Ingredients

  • 1 Pyaz diki (hanyanisi)
  • 7-8 clove Lehsan (Garlic)
  • 2-3 Hari mirch (Green chillies )
  • 1 bunch Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) kana sezvinodiwa
  • 1 Cup Safed chanay (Chickpeas), yakanyikwa husiku hwose
  • 3-4 tbsp Til (Sesame mhodzi), dzakagochwa
  • 1 tsp Sabut dhania (mhodzi dzeCoriander), dzakapwanyika
  • ½ tsp Hupfu hwekubikisa
  • 1 tsp Oregano yakaomeswa
  • 1 tsp Zeera (Mhodzi dzekumini), yakagochwa & yakapwanyika
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink munyu kana kuravira
  • 1 tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Mafuta ekubikisa

  1. Muchopa, wedzera hanyanisi, garlic, green chillies, fresh coriander, chickpeas, mhodzi dzemasame, mhodzi dzekorianderi, hupfu hwekubikisa, oregano yakaomeswa, kumini mhodzi, munyu wepink, poda yemhiripiri, uye muto weremoni & wochekeresa zvakanaka.
  2. Budisa mundiro wokanya zvakanaka kwenguva 2. -3 maminetsi.
  3. Tora musanganiswa diki (45g) wodzvanya zvinyoro nyoro kuti uite oval-shaped falafels.
  4. Muwoki, kupisa mafuta ekubikisa & fry papakati-- murazvo wakaderera kusvika goridhe shava. Resipi iyi inogadzira falafels makumi maviri.
  5. Ipai nepita chingwa, hummus, & saladhi!
