Chickpea Falafels

Ingredients
- 1 Pyaz diki (hanyanisi)
- 7-8 clove Lehsan (Garlic)
- 2-3 Hari mirch (Green chillies )
- 1 bunch Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) kana sezvinodiwa
- 1 Cup Safed chanay (Chickpeas), yakanyikwa husiku hwose
- 3-4 tbsp Til (Sesame mhodzi), dzakagochwa
- 1 tsp Sabut dhania (mhodzi dzeCoriander), dzakapwanyika
- ½ tsp Hupfu hwekubikisa
- 1 tsp Oregano yakaomeswa
- 1 tsp Zeera (Mhodzi dzekumini), yakagochwa & yakapwanyika
- ½ tsp Himalayan pink munyu kana kuravira
- 1 tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Mafuta ekubikisa

- Muchopa, wedzera hanyanisi, garlic, green chillies, fresh coriander, chickpeas, mhodzi dzemasame, mhodzi dzekorianderi, hupfu hwekubikisa, oregano yakaomeswa, kumini mhodzi, munyu wepink, poda yemhiripiri, uye muto weremoni & wochekeresa zvakanaka.
- Budisa mundiro wokanya zvakanaka kwenguva 2. -3 maminetsi.
- Tora musanganiswa diki (45g) wodzvanya zvinyoro nyoro kuti uite oval-shaped falafels.
- Muwoki, kupisa mafuta ekubikisa & fry papakati-- murazvo wakaderera kusvika goridhe shava. Resipi iyi inogadzira falafels makumi maviri.
- Ipai nepita chingwa, hummus, & saladhi!
