Bulgur Pilaf

Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 makapu akakangwa bulgur
  • 2 hanyanisi, diced
  • 1 carrot diki, grated
  • 4 clove yegariki, yakachekwa
  • 2 maspuni emafuta omuorivhi
  • 1 chipunu chakatutirwa + 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot red pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste (nemwewo 200 ml tomato puree)
  • 400 g pizi dzakabikwa
  • 1 tablespoon yakaomeswa mint
  • 1 teaspoon yakaoma thyme (kana oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon munyu
  • 1 teaspoon mhiripiri nhema

Mirayiridzo:

  1. Bhuranya chipunu 1 bota uye mafuta omuorivhi mupoto.
  2. Isa hanyanisi wobva waisa kwemaminetsi akati wandei.
  3. Kana hanyanisi yapfava, wedzera gariki woramba uchipfuta.

  5. Wedzerai tomato uye pepper paste. Shandisa muromo wespatula yako kusanganisa paste nehanyanisi negariki zvakaenzana.
  6. Isa bulgur, carrot uye chickpeas. Ramba uchikurunga mushure mekuwedzera chinhu chimwe nechimwe.
  7. Nguva yekurunga pilav! Fukidza mint yakaomeswa, thyme, munyu uye mhiripiri yakasviba uye wobva wawedzera 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, kana uchishandisa sweet red pepper paste.
