Basic & Palak Khichdi

Ingredients:
Moong dal 1 cup
Basmati mupunga 1 ½ kapu
Mvura sezvinodiwa
Munyu 1 tsp

1st Tadka:
Gee 1 tbsp
Oiri 1 tsp

Dry red chilim 3 pcs

Ginger, yakachekwa tsp 1
Green mhiripiri, yakachekwa tsp 1
Kuda khichdi:
Tomato, ½ kapu yakachekwa
hupfu dzvuku 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ Tsp
Jeera powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
red chili poda ½ tsp
Garam masala pinch
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Munyu 1 tsp
Tomato, kapu ½ yakachekwa
Tadka yechipiri:
Gee 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Gariki, yakachekwa 1 teaspoon
Hing 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Maitiro:
Tanga nekugeza uye kunyura moong dal uye basmati mupunga kwemaawa 1-2. Wobva wasanganisa mupunga wakanyorova, basmati mupunga, turmeric poda, munyu nemvura. Zvibikire 2-3 muridzo pamoto uri pakati nepakati.Kutadka (kudziyisa), pisa pani woisa ghee, mafuta, jeera (mhodzi dzekumini), chilipi tsvuku yakaoma, uye hing (asafoetida). Rega zvipfavise, wobva waisa hanyanisi yakachekwa wogocha kusvika yatsvukira. Wedzera garlic yakagurwa, inoteverwa neginger yakagurwa uye chili girini. Kamura tadka kuita mapani maviri.
Basic Khichdi:
Mupani ine sautéed onion negariki, isa madomasi akachekwa, poda tsvuku, turmeric powder, coriander powder, uye garam masala. Bika musanganiswa.
Sanganisa mupunga wakabikwa uye musanganiswa we dal ne tadka. Bika kwemaminetsi 1-2.
Mupani diki, isa ghee, jeera, gariki yakachekwa, hing, nehupfu dzvuku. Socha kusvika kutsvukira.
