 -Podina (Laau Mint) 1 Ipu
 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Ipu
 -Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
 -Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
 -Chanay (Roasted grams) 2 tbs
 -Zeera (Cumin fatu) 1 tsp
 -Himalayan pink masima ½ tsp po'o le tofo
 -Sua tipolo 2 tbs
 -Suavai 3-4 tbs
- Sauni Meethi Imli ki Chutney:
 -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Ipu
 -Aloo bukhara (Pula mago) fa'asusu 10-12
 -Sugar 2 tbs

 -Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Ipu

 -Ajwain (Carom fatu) ½ tsp
 -Ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Ipu
