Mea:
-Baisan (Gram flour) fa'amama 2 Ipu
-Zeera (Cumin fatu) tao & nu'i 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Masima piniki Himalayan ¼ tsp po'o le tofo
-Suauu kuka 1 tbs
-Suavai 1 Ipu
-Suauu kuka mo falai
-Suavai pe a mana'omia
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 9-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inisi fasi
-Zeera (Cumin fatu) tunu & nuti'i 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink masima 1 pine
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Ipu
-Podina (Mint lau) 1 Ipu
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Himalayan piniki masima 1 tsp po'o le tofo
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Suauu kuka 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin fatu) 1 tsp
-Rai dana (Puna sinapi) uliuli ½ tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Putu mūmū chillies) 5-6
-Curry patta (Curry lau) 10-12
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) nuti'i
-Chaat masala
-Papri
Directions:
Bowl mein baisan,zeera,susu tao,masima piniki,su'u kuka aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 minute kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minute kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein cooking oil,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Fa'apotopotoina: Tu'u atu mea'ai ma susu vai,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch nu'ia,chaat masala aur papri dal ker serve karein!
