Palak Chaat Recipe

- Sauni Baisan Mix:
- Baisan (Gram flour) - 1 & ½ Ipu
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) - 1 tsp li>
- Zeera (Cumin fatu) - ½ tsp
- Himalayan piniki masima - ½ tsp po'o le tofo
- Haldi pa'u (Turmeric pauta) - ½ tsp < li>Lal mirch (Red chilli) nu'i - ½ tsp
- Vai - ¾ Ipu po'o le mana'omia
- Sauni Paluga Paluga:
- Aloo (Potatoes) vela - 3 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste - ½ tbs
- Himalayan piniki masima - ½ tsp po'o le tofo
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) paʻu - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) tipi - 2-3 tbs
