-Hara dhania (Koriani fou) luumu

-Maida (All-purpose flour) lulu 2 & ½ Ipu
-Zeera (Cumin fatu) 1 tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella fatu) ½ tsp
-masima piniki Himalayan ½ tsp pe tofo
-Lal mirch (Sili mūmū) olo'o 1 tsp
-Ajwain ( fatu Karom) ½ tsp
-Suauu kuka 1 tbs

Aiga:
-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,pink masima,lal mirch nu'u aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Suauu kuka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka fa'afefiloi lanu meamata paluga shamil karein aur ghond ker paluga tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minute kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko fa'alo'alo le paluga lamolemole tayyar ker lein.
-U'u lima i le paluga chota (50g) lein aur ball bana lein.
-Suauu kuka dal dein aur haath ki madad i paluga o pheela lein.
-Karahi mein suau'u kuka garam karein aur darmiyani ancch i le malamalama auro ho janay tak fry ker lein (e 10-12).
