    • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 Ipu po'o le mana'omia
    • Pyaz (Onion) tipi 4-5 medium
    • Moa fa'afefiloi boti 1 kg
    • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 6-7
    • Sabut kali mirch (Pepa uliuli) 1 tsp
    • Laung (Cloves) 3-4
    • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Dhania pa'u (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) pa'u 1 tbs
    • Himalayan pink masima 1 & ½ tsp po'o le tofo
    • Zeera pauta (Cumin pauta) 1 tsp
    • Lal mirch pauta (Lal mirch pauta) ½ tbs po'o le tofo
    • Garam masala pauta ½ tsp
    • Dahi (Yogurt) 300g
    • Vavai 1 & ½ Ipu
    • Vai mafanafana 1 Ipu
    • Suavai Kewra 1 & ½ tsp

Sauni Khushboo Masala:

  • I totonu o le tino & pestle, fa'aopoopo le sau, cardamom lanumeamata, laau kinamoni, nutmeg, cloves & olo. e fai ai le pauta ma tu'u ese.

Sauni Korma:

  • I totonu o se ulo, fa'aopopo le pata fa'amanino ma fa'alili.
