Fa'atonuga:

  1. Sauni Chicken Koftay: I totonu se tipi, fa'aopoopo moa, aniani, chilli lanumeamata, korimata fou, pa'u kalaka ginger, pauta kumini, masima piniki, pauta pepa uliuli, chilli mūmū nu'i, karam masala pauta, pata mama, fasi falaoa ma tipi se'ia fa'afefiloi lelei. Faaopopo le pauta pepa uliuli, pauta kumini, pauta saisa, pauta coriander, pauta karam masala, masima piniki, pa'u kaliki ginger, yogurt & fa'afefiloi lelei, ufiufi ma kuka i luga o le afi mumu mo le 4-5 minute. Fa'aopoopo le vai, fa'afefiloi lelei ma kuka i luga afi feololo mo le 1-2 minute. Tape le afi, fa'aopopo le kulimi, lau fenugreek mamago ma fa'afefiloi lelei.
