-Blender jug mein palak, lehsa, adrak, hari mirchein, hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan kuvanga ker lein & uruhande kuri rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida, zeera, kalonji, umunyu wijimye, lal mirch yajanjaguye aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan ivanga karein.
