- ibirayi 2 biciriritse (bitetse kandi bikaranze)
- 1/2 igikombe cyamazi (hindura nkuko bikenewe)
- 1 tsp imbuto ya cumin
- 1/2 tsp ifu ya chili itukura
- 1/2 tsp ifu ya turmeric
- Umunyu kuryoha
- Amavuta yo gukaranga
- Amababi ya corianderi yaciwe (kuri garnish)
Amabwiriza
- Mu isahani ivanze, komatanya semolina, ibirayi bikaranze, imbuto za cumin, ifu ya chili itukura, ifu ya turmeric, n'umunyu. Kuvanga neza.
- Ongeramo amazi gahoro gahoro kuvanga kugeza ugeze kuri batteri ihamye.
- Shyushya isafuriya idafite inkoni hejuru yubushyuhe bwo hagati hanyuma wongeremo amavuta make.
- Amavuta amaze gushyuha, suka amavuta ya batteri ku isafuriya, uyisasa mu ruziga.
- Teka kugeza hepfo yijimye zahabu, hanyuma flip hanyuma uteke kurundi ruhande.
