Iri funguro rihumuriza ni ryiza mu gushyuha mu mezi y'itumba, ryerekana uburyohe budasanzwe bwa shitingi ivanze n'ibirungo byiza.

- Umunyu wa Himalaya wijimye 1 tsp
- Amazi Ibikombe 2
- Guteka amavuta ¼ Igikombe
- Zeera (imbuto ya Cumin) 1 tsp
- Adrak lehsan (tungurusumu ya Ginger) yajanjaguye tb 1
- Hari mirch (Icyatsi kibisi) yaciwe tbs 1
- Pyaz (Igitunguru) yaciwe 2 hagati
- Tamatar (Inyanya) yaciwe neza 2 hagati
- Ifu ya Dhania (ifu ya Coriander) 2 tsp
- Kali mirch (Pepper yumukara) yajanjaguwe ½ tsp
- Ifu ya lir mirch (Ifu ya chili itukura) 1 tsp cyangwa kuryoha
- Ifu ya Haldi (Ifu ya Turmeric) ½ tsp
- Matar (Amashaza) ½ Igikombe
- Himalaya yumunyu wijimye ½ tsp cyangwa kuryoha
- Hara dhania (Coriander Nshya) yaciwe intoki
- Ifu ya Garam masala ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Icyatsi kibisi) yaciwe (kuri garnish)

Icyerekezo:
- Kuramo ibishishwa hanyuma ubikatemo uduce duto.
- Mu isafuriya, ongeramo shitingi, umunyu wijimye, namazi. Kuvanga neza hanyuma uzane kubira. Gupfuka no guteka bitetse ku muriro muto kugeza igihe ibicuruzwa bitoshye (iminota 30) amazi akuma.
- Zimya urumuri hanyuma ushire neza ubifashijwemo na masher. Shyira ku ruhande.
- Muri wok, ongeramo amavuta yo guteka n'imbuto za cumin. Ongeramo tungurusumu ya ginger hamwe na chili yatemye, hanyuma ushyire muminota 1-2.
- Ongeramo igitunguru cyaciwe, vanga neza, hanyuma uteke kumuriro uciriritse muminota 4-5.
- Ongeramo inyanya zaciwe neza, ifu ya coriandre, ifu yumukara wavunitse, ifu ya chili itukura, ifu ya turmeric, namashaza. Kuvanga neza, gupfuka, no guteka kumuriro uciriritse muminota 6-8.
- Ongeramo ivangwa rya shitingi ivanze, uhindure umunyu nibiba ngombwa, hanyuma uvange neza. Gupfuka no guteka kumuriro muto kugeza amavuta atandukanye (iminota 10-12).
- Ongeramo ifu ya garam masala hanyuma uvange neza.
- Kenyera hamwe na chili icyatsi kibisi hamwe na coriandre nshya mbere yo gutanga. Ishimire uburyohe bwawe bwa Shaljam ka Bharta!
