- Baisan (Ifu ya Gram) - 1 & ½ Igikombe li>
- Zeera (imbuto ya Cumin) - ½ tsp
- umunyu wijimye wa Himalaya - ½ tsp cyangwa kuryoha li> Indorerwamo ya Lal (chili itukura) yajanjaguwe - ½ tsp
- Amazi - ¾ Igikombe cyangwa nkuko bisabwa
- Tegura Uruvange rw'ibirayi:
- Aloo (Ibirayi) byatetse - 3 biciriritse
- Hari mirch (Icyatsi kibisi) paste - ½ tbs lal mirch (Kashmiri itukura chilli) ifu - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Coriander nshya) yaciwe - tb 2-3
