Ibigize:
- Ghee 2-3 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1 inch
- Ikibabi cy'inyanja 1 nomero
- Ikaramu yicyatsi kibisi 2-3
- Igitunguru 3-4 giciriritse (cyaciwe)
- Ginger tungurusumu paste 1 tbsp
- Icyatsi kibisi 1-2 nomero. (yaciwe)
- Ibirungo byifu
- Hing 1/2 tsp
- Ifu ya Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri ifu ya chili itukura 1 tbsp
- Ibirungo bitukura bya chili 1 tsp
- Ifu ya Cumin 1 tsp
- Ifu ya Coriander 1 tbsp
- Inyanya 3-4 (pure)
- Umunyu kuryoha
- Amashaza yicyatsi ibikombe 1.5
- Methi nshyashya 1 ntoya / ibikombe 2
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 santimetero (julienned)
- Umutobe w'indimu 1/2 tsp
- Amavuta meza 3/4 igikombe
- Coriander nshya ntoya (yaciwe)
Uburyo:
- Shyira handi ku muriro mwinshi, ongeramo ghee hanyuma ureke gushonga.
- Ghee imaze gushyuha ongeramo cumin, cinnamon, ikibabi cyumuyaga, ikaramu yicyatsi nigitunguru, koga & guteka kumuriro muremure kugeza igihe igitunguru gihindutse umukara wa zahabu.
- Byongeye, ongeramo tungurusumu tungurusumu & chillies icyatsi, koga & uteke muminota 2-3 kumuriro mwinshi.
- Iyo tungurusumu ya tungurusumu imaze gutekwa neza, ongeramo ibirungo byose byifu, koga & shyiramo amazi ashyushye kugirango wirinde ibirungo gutwika, ongera urumuri kugeza murwego rwo hejuru hanyuma uteke masala neza. Iyo ghee itangiye gutandukana ongeramo inyanya pureti hanyuma ushyiremo umunyu uburyohe, koga & guteka kumuriro uciriritse muminota 2-3, hanyuma utwikire handi umupfundikizo hanyuma uteke muminota 15-20, komeza ubyuke mugihe gito kugeza ghee itandukanya, ongeramo amazi ashyushye niba yumye.
- Ghee imaze gutandukana, ongeramo amashaza yicyatsi, koga neza & uteke kumuriro uciriritse, ongeramo amazi ashyushye kugirango uhindure ibintu, upfundike hanyuma uteke muminota 3-4.
- Kuraho umupfundikizo hanyuma ushyiremo methi nshya, komeza ubyuke hanyuma uteke muminota 10-12 kumuriro muto.
- Ongera ushyireho kasuri methi nibindi bikoresho bisigaye, nyuma yo kuyikurura neza umanure urumuri cyangwa uzimye hanyuma wongeremo amavuta mashya, urebe neza ko ubyutsa neza kandi ntukabireke kugirango wirinde ko amavuta atandukana.
