Ibigize:
• Umuhondo Moong dal (udafite uruhu) ½ igikombe (cyogejwe neza) • Umuceri wa Basmati igikombe 1 (wogejwe neza) • Umunyu uburyohe Ifu ya Turmeric 1/4 tsp • Amazi nkuko bisabwa
Kuri epinari pure:
• Epinari ibice 2 binini (byogejwe kandi bisukuye) • Agace k'umunyu • Amababi meza ya mint 3 tbsp • Coriander nshya 3 tbsp • Icyatsi kibisi 2-3 nomero. • Tungurusumu ibice 2-3
Kuri tadka:
• Ghee 1 tbsp • Jeera 1 tp • Hing ½ tsp • Ginger 1 cm • Tungurusumu tbsp 2 (yaciwe) • Chillies itukura 1-2 nomero. (yavunitse) • Igitunguru 1 ingano nini (yaciwe)
Ibirungo byifu:
1. Ifu ya Coriander 1 tbsp 2. Ifu ya Jeera 1 tp 3. Garam masala 1 tsp
umutobe w'indimu 1 tsp
tadka ya 2:
• Ghee 1 tbsp • Tungurusumu ibice 3-4 (bikase) • Hing ½ tsp • Chillies zose zitukura 2-3 nos. • Kashmiri itukura rya chili ifu
Kuri mint cucumber raita
Ibigize:
Inkeri 2-3 n. Umunyu Amata 300 gm Isukari y'ifu 1 tbsp Shira paste 1 tbsp Agace k'umunyu wirabura Agace k'ifu ya jeera Agace k'ifu ya pisine
Uburyo:
Kuramo kandi ukarabe neza imyumbati, ongera ukate mo kabiri hanyuma usohokemo inyama n'imbuto, noneho usya imyumbati ukoresheje umwobo munini, usukemo umunyu, uvange hanyuma ureke kuruhuka umwanya muto kugirango urekure ububobere bwarwo, ubuhehere bukabije. Shyira ku ruhande. Fata akayunguruzo unyuze kuri curd, isukari y'ifu, paste ya mint n'umunyu wirabura, vanga neza hanyuma ubinyujije mumashanyarazi.
