- Umutobe w'indimu - 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Pepper yumukara) yajanjaguwe - kuryoha
- Umunyu wijimye wa Himalaya - ½ tsp cyangwa kuryoha
- Kheera (Cucumber) yashonze & ikanda - 1 giciriritse
- Hara dhania (Coriander Nshya) yaciwe - intoki
- Amavuta ya elayo - 1-2 tsp

Tegura Inkoko ya Mediterane:
- Mu gusya, ongeramo amababi mashya ya tase, tungurusumu, ifu ya paprika, ifu yumukara wajanjaguwe, umunyu wijimye, paste yinyanya, paste ya sinapi, umutobe windimu, namavuta ya elayo. Gusya neza kugirango ukore paste yuzuye.
