Kuri Base Gravy
• Mu isafuriya iremereye, ongeramo ½ igikombe cy'amazi.
• Ongeramo inyanya, igitunguru, tungurusumu, ginger, degi mirch nibirungo byose. Kuvanga neza.
• Ongeramo 1½ tsp amavuta, umunyu hanyuma uvange neza. Gupfuka umutetsi muminota 15.
• Inyanya zimaze koroshya, hamwe na blender y'intoki, vanga gravy kugeza byoroshye.
• Shyira grave ukoresheje akayunguruzo.

Kubwinkoko zamavuta
• Mu isafuriya, ongeramo amavuta hanyuma ureke gushonga. Ongeramo ifu ya chili itukura nifu ya coriander, teka kumunota.
• Suka gravy yateguwe, vanga neza hanyuma uteke muminota 2-3.
• Ongeramo amavuta mashya, ubuki, inkoko ya tandoori yacagaguye, vanga neza hanyuma uteke indi minota 3-4.
• Ongeramo amazi ya kewra, amababi ya fenugreek yumye hanyuma uteke muminota 2.
• Mu isahani ntoya y'icyuma, ongeramo amakara yaka hanyuma uyashyire hagati ya gravy.
• Suka ghee hejuru yamakara hanyuma uhite upfundikira umupfundikizo, ubike iminota 2-3 kugirango uburyohe bwumwotsi. Bimaze gukorwa, kura igikono cy'amakara.
• Hindura inkoko y'amavuta mu gikombe gitanga. Kenyera hamwe na cream nshya na coriander sprig. Tanga ubushyuhe hamwe na roti cyangwa umuceri.
