- Ghee 2 tbsp + amavuta 1 tbsp
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Dalchini 1 cm
- Ikaramu yicyatsi kibisi 2-3
- Ikaramu yumukara 1 oya.
- Tej patta 1 oya.
- Igitunguru 5 ubunini buringaniye / 400 gm (yaciwe)
- Ginger tungurusumu chilli ½ igikombe (hafi yaciwe)
- Ifu ya Turmeric ½ tsp
- Ifu yumutuku wa chili ifu 2 tsp
- Kashmiri ifu ya chili itukura 1 tbsp
- Ifu ya Coriander 2 tbsp
- Ifu ya Jeera 1 tsp
- Inyanya 4 zingana (zaciwe)
- Umunyu kuryoha
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 santimetero (julienned)
- Icyatsi kibisi 2-3 nomero. (Igice)
- Coriander nshyashya intoki nto
Uburyo:
. > >Ongeramo hafi ya ginger tungurusumu tungurusumu chili, koga & guteka muminota 3-4 kumuriro uciriritse.
Komeza umanure urumuri hanyuma wongeremo ibirungo byifu, vanga neza & ongeramo amazi ashyushye kugirango wirinde ibirungo gutwika.
Ongera urumuri kubushyuhe buciriritse, koga & guteka kugeza ghee irekuwe.
Noneho, ongeramo inyanya & umunyu, koga & guteka neza byibuze byibuze iminota 8-10 cyangwa kugeza inyanya zivanze neza na masala.
Ongeramo amazi ashyushye, koga & uteke ku muriro wo hagati muminota 2-3.
Noneho, ongeramo amagi akaranze, ukangure & uteke kumuriro muremure muminota 5-6.
Noneho ongeramo ginger, chillies icyatsi, kasuri methi, garam masala & amababi ya corianderi yaciwe vuba, koga neza.
