Pa pepala lophika: 2 1/2 kapu ya kolifulawa, 1 tsabola wofiira, 1 tsabola wobiriwira, 1 tsabola wachikasu, 1 anyezi wachikasu, 7 oz tofu, olimba, 1 tsp chili ufa, 1 tsp chitowe, nthaka, 1/2 tsp coriander, nthaka, 2 tsp paprika ufa, 1 tsp mchere, 2 tbsp mafuta a maolivi. Kwa marinade: 1 1/2 tbsp harissa phala, Supuni 3 za maolivi, 1 tsp chitowe, nthaka, 1 tsp kusuta paprika ufa, 1/2 tsp coriander, nthaka, 1/2 tsp mchere, 1/4 tsp tsabola wakuda, nthaka. Pa pepala poto: 1 aubergine, 1 1/2 lb mbatata, 1 x 15 oz akhoza nandolo. Kwa kuvala: 6 tbsp tahini, unsweetened, 3 tbsp mandimu, 1 1/2 tbsp madzi a mapulo. Pazowonjezera: 4 arugula watsopano, 1/2 chikho cha cilantro chatsopano.
