-Mu wok, onjezerani drumsticks, ginger garlic paste, pinki mchere & madzi, sakanizani bwino ndi kuwira, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa sing'anga. lawi la moto kwa mphindi 12-15 kenaka phikani pa moto wochepa mpaka uuma.

-Onjezani tchizi, lowetsani fupa la ng'oma losungidwa ndikulisindikiza kuti mupange chowoneka bwino cha ndodo.
-Valani ndodo za nkhuku. ndi ufa wacholinga chonse,viikani mu mazira opukutidwa kenako valani ma cornflakes.
-Mu wok, tenthetsa mafuta ophikira & mwachangu pamoto wapakati mbali zonse mpaka golidi & crispy (kupanga 9 drumsticks).
