Dulani kokonati yatsopano pang'onopang'ono ndikuyika mumtsuko wopera, pamodzi ndi madzi, perani bwino momwe mungathere.
Gwiritsani ntchito sieve ndi nsalu ya muslin, tumizani phala la kokonati mu nsalu ya muslin, finyani bwino kuti mutenge mkaka wa kokonati.
Gwiritsaninso ntchito zamkati pobwezeretsa mumtsuko wopera, ndipo onjezerani zina. madzi, bwerezaninso zomwezo kuti mutenge mkaka wochuluka wa kokonati.
Mkaka wanu watsopano wa kokonati wakonzeka, izi zidzakupatsani pafupifupi 800 ml ya mkaka wa kokonati. Khalani pambali kuti mugwiritse ntchito kupanga khao swe.

Anyezi 2 saizi yapakatikati
Garlic 6-7 cloves
Ginger inchi 1
Tchizi zobiriwira 1-2 nos.
Zipatso za Coriander 1 tbsp
Mafuta 1 tbsp
Zokometsera ufa:1. Haldi (Turmeric) ufa 2 tsp2. Lal mirch (Red chilli) ufa 2 tsp3. Dhaniya (Coriander) ufa 1 tsp4. Jeera (chitowe) ufa 1 tsp
Zamasamba:1. Farsi (nyemba zaku France) ½ chikho2. Gajar (kaloti) ½ chikho3. Mwana wa chimanga ½ chikho
Mtedza wamasamba / madzi otentha 750 ml
Gud (jaggery) 1 tbsp
Mchere kuti ulawe
Besan ( ufa wa gramu) 1 tbsp
Mkaka wa kokonati 800 ml
