SWEETCORN CHILA with SPICY CORIANDER CUTNEY

Sweetcorn Chila with Spicy Coriander Chutney
Zosakaniza:
- 2 chimanga cha sweetcorn, grated
- 1 kagawo kakang'ono ka ginger, grated
- 2 cloves wa adyo, akanadulidwa finely
- 2-3 green chilies, finely akanadulidwa
- Coriander, akanadulidwa
- 1 tsp ajwain (njere za carrom)
- Kuthina kwa hing
- 1/2 tsp ufa wa turmeric
- Mchere kuti mulawe
- 1/4 chikho cha besan (ufa wa nandolo) kapena ufa wa mpunga
- Mafuta kapena batala wophikira
Chutney Zosakaniza:
- Mulu waukulu wa coriander wokhala ndi tsinde
- 1 phwetekere wamkulu, wodulidwa
- adyo 1 clove
- 2-3 green chillies
- Mchere kuti mulawe

Malangizo:
- M'mbale, kani chimanga 2 chosaphika ndi kusakaniza ginger wothira, adyo wodulidwa, tsabola wobiriwira wodulidwa, ndi coriander wodulidwa.
- Onjezani ajwain, hing, turmeric powder, ndi mchere kusakaniza ndikusakaniza bwino.
- Phatikizani 1/4 chikho cha besan kapena ufa wa mpunga, kuphatikiza zonse pamodzi. Onjezerani madzi ngati kuli kofunikira kuti agwirizane bwino.
- Pakani osakaniza pa poto yotentha, kupaka mafuta kapena batala. Wiritsani chila pamoto wochepa mpaka wofiirira kumbali zonse ziwiri.
- Pa chutney, onjezerani coriander, phwetekere wodulidwa, adyo, ndi tsabola wobiriwira mu chopu; pogaya pamodzi. Konzani mchere.
- Perekani chila chotentha cha sweetcorn ndi coriander chutney kuti mudye chakudya chokoma.
