  • 1 block ya marinated tofu (kapena paneer/mung sprouts)

  • Mchere ndi tsabola kuti mulawe
  • Zokometsera (posankha; chitowe, turmeric, ndi zina zotero)

Malangizo

1. Muzimutsuka bwino mapira pansi pa madzi ozizira mpaka madzi atuluke. Izi zimathandiza kuchotsa zonyansa zilizonse ndikuwonjezera kukoma.
