SALAD YOTHANDIZA

- Zosakaniza:
1 chikho Tata Sampann Kala Chana, ¾ chikho green moong, 200 magalamu kanyumba tchizi (chitseko), 1 sing'anga anyezi, 1 sing'anga phwetekere, 2 tbsp masamba a coriander odulidwa kumene, ¼ chikho chowotcha opanda khungu mtedza, 1 tbsp mango yaiwisi, mchere wakuda, ufa wokazinga wa chitowe, 2-3 green chillies, Black tsabola ufa, Chaat masala, mandimu 1 - Zilowetseni Kala Chana usiku wonse ndikukhetsa. Mu nsalu yonyowa muslin, onjezerani chana mmenemo ndikupanga thumba. Zipachikeni usiku wonse ndikuzisiya ziphuke. Momwemonso, meretsani mwezi wobiriwira.
- Mu mbale yaikulu, onjezerani Tata Sampann Womera Kala Chana, kumera moong, mapeyala, anyezi, phwetekere, coriander wodulidwa, mtedza wokazinga, mango yaiwisi, mchere wakuda. ndi ufa wokazinga wa chitowe.
- Onjezani chilli wobiriwira, ufa wa tsabola wakuda ndi chaat masala. Finyani mandimu ndi kusakaniza mpaka kugwirizana bwino.
- Sungani saladi yokonzedwayo mu mbale zotumikira, kongoletsani ndi coriander wodulidwa, mango yaiwisi, ndi mtedza wokazinga. Tumikirani nthawi yomweyo.
