Zosakaniza
- Anyezi wamkulu 1, kagawo, प्याज
- 2 Capscium yapakati, dayisi, शिमला मिर्च

- 2 Garlic cloves, akanadulidwa, लहसुन
- ½ inchi Ginger, akanadulidwa, अदरक

- 1 tbsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
- Mchere kuti mulawe, नमक स्वादानुसार
- ¼ tsp Shuga, चीनी
- 1 chikho chatsopano cha Tomato puree, टमाटर प्यूरी
- Madzi, पानी
- ½ chikho Cheese, grated, चीज
- 3-4 Dzira, अंडे
- ½ tsp Mafuta a azitona, जैतून का तेल

Mu poto, onjezerani mafuta, adyo, ginger ndikuphika bwino.
Onjezani anyezi ndikuwotcha bwino. Onjezerani capscium ndikusakaniza zonse bwino.
Onjezani ufa wofiyira wa degi, turmeric powder. Onjezerani tomato, tsabola wobiriwira ndikusakaniza bwino.

Onjezani tchizi wothira mu chitsime chilichonse ndikuswa dzira mchitsime chilichonse.
Phimbani poto ndikuphika kwa mphindi 5-8, kapena mpaka mazira atatha.
