Konzani Msuzi:

  • Dahi (Yogati) 1 Cup
  • Mayonesi 5 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
  • Lehsan (Garlic) 4 cloves
  • Himalayan pinki mchere ½ tsp kapena kulawa
  • Lal mirch ufa (Wofiira chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
  • Podina (Mint masamba) 12-15
  • Hara dhania (fresh coriander) dzanja

Konzani Paratha :

  • Maida (ufa wacholinga chonse) anasefa Makapu 3 & ½
  • Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan 1 tsp kapena kulawa
  • Sugar ufa 1 tbs< /li>
  • Ghee (Batala Womveka) anasungunuka 2 tbs
  • Madzi 1 Kapu kapena ngati pakufunika
  • Ghee (Batala Womveka) 1 tbs
  • Ghee ( Batala wowongoleredwa) ½ tbs
  • Ghee (Batala woyeretsedwa) ½ tbs

Kusonkhanitsa:

  • zokazinga zachi French monga zimafunikira

  1. Mu mtsuko wa blender, onjezerani yoghurt, mayonesi, green chillies, adyo, mchere wa pinki, tsabola wofiira, masamba a timbewu tonunkhira, korianda watsopano, sakanizani bwino ndipo ikani pambali.

Konzani Paratha:

  1. Mu mbale, onjezerani ufa wamtundu uliwonse, mchere wapinki, shuga, batala wowoneka bwino & sakanizani bwino mpaka uphwanyike.
  2. Pang'onopang'ono onjezerani madzi, sakanizani bwino ndi kukanda mpaka mtanda upangike.
  3. Pakani mafuta ndi batala womveka bwino. , kuphimba ndi kusiya kwa mphindi 15.
  4. Kandani & kutambasula mtanda kwa mphindi 2-3.
