- Mash daal (White lentil) 4 tbs
- Bhunay chanay (Wokazinga magalamu) 4 tbs
- Sabut dhania (mbeu za Coriander) 2 tbs
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 14-15
- Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 7-8
- Imli (Dried tamarind) deseeded 1 & ½ tbs
- Khopra (Coconut Desiccated) ¾ Cup
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 2-3
- Curry patta (Curry masamba) 15-18
- li>Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa
Malangizo:
- Mu poto yokazinga, onjezerani mphodza woyera ndi kuwotcha wouma pa moto wochepa. kwa mphindi 4-5.
- Onjezani magalamu okazinga,njere za coriander,batani tsabola wofiira,chilipiri wofiyira, tamarind wouma, kokonati wothira, tsabola wofiira wa Kashmiri, masamba a curry, sakanizani bwino ndi kuwotcha pamoto wochepa mpaka onunkhira (3-4 mphindi).
