Zowonjezera:
- Aloo (mbatata) 2 zazikulu
- Madzi otentha ngati amafunikira
- Baisan (ufa wa gramu) Makapu 2
- Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Zeera (mbeu za chitowe) wokazinga ndikuphwanyidwa 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Haldi ufa (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Sabut dhania (mbeu za Coriander) waphwanya 1 tbs
- Ajwain (mbeu za Carom) ¼ tsp
- Adrak lehsan phala (phala la adyo) 1 & ½ tsp
- Makapu amadzi 3
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) wadula 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Anyezi) wadula ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wodulidwa ½ Cup
- Mafuta ophikira 4 tbs
- Chaat masala
Mayendedwe:
- Pewani mbatata mothandizidwa ndi grater ndikuyika pambali.
- M'madzi otentha, ikani strainer, onjezerani mbatata yokazinga & blanch pamoto wapakati kwa mphindi zitatu, sungani ndikuyika pambali.
- Mu wok, ikani ufa wa gramu, mchere wapinki, nthangala za chitowe, ufa wofiira wa chilli, ufa wa turmeric, njere za coriander, njere za carom, phala la adyo, madzi ndi whisk mpaka bwino.
- Yatsani lawi, sakanizani mosalekeza ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka mtanda upangike (6-8 minutes).
- Zimitsani moto, onjezerani tsabola wobiriwira, anyezi, mbatata yosenda, coriander watsopano ndikusakaniza bwino.
