-Olper's Mkaka Makapu 2
-Olper's Cream ¾ Cup (kutentha kwachipinda)
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder ) ½ tsp
-Shuga 3-4 tbs kapena kulawa
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Saffron kapena Kewra essence ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) wodulidwa 1-2 tbs
-Badam (Ma amondi) odulidwa 1-2 tbs
-Ghee (Batala Womveka) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sewaiyan (Vermicelli) wophwanyidwa 250g
-Elaichi ufa (Ufa wa Cardamom) 1 tsp
-Madzi 4 tbs
-Mkaka wokhuthala 5-6 tbs
Malangizo:
Konzani Rabri Yachangu:
-Mu poto, onjezerani mkaka, kirimu, ufa wa cardamomu, shuga ,cornflour & whisk bwino.
-Yatsani moto ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa mpaka utakhuthara.
-Onjezani safironi kapena kewra essence,pistachios,almonds & sakanizani bwino.
-Zisiyeni zizizizira.
>Konzani Makapu a Vermicelli (Sev Katori):
-Mu poto yokazinga, onjezerani batala wowoneka bwino ndipo musungunuke.
-Onjezani vermicelli, sakanizani bwino & mwachangu pa moto wochepa mpaka asinthe. mtundu & onunkhira (2-3 minutes).
-Onjezani ufa wa cardamom & sakanizani bwino.
-Pang'onopang'ono onjezerani madzi, sakanizani bwino & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 1-2.
-Onjezani mkaka wosungunuka, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 1-2 kapena mpaka zitamata.
